1. Introduction of Microsoft 365 Copilot pricing

Microsoft 365 Copilot will be available for commercial customers for $30 USD per user/per month. This will be broadly available for Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard, and Business Premium customers.

Copilot grants you access to a wide array of AI capabilities seamlessly integrated into Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.

2. AI features added to Power Automate Process Mining

Power Automate Process Mining will become available on August 1, 2023. This feature is changing the way businesses optimize their processes, save costs, and discover opportunities to run more efficient business operations.

Capture detailed visual process maps and analyze end-to-end processes using AI-powered root cause analysis to gain valuable insights for process improvement.


3. Azure Backup and Azure Archive

Microsoft 365 Backup now offers lightning-fast recovery for your OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange data and a restore service level agreement (SLA) for large data volumes. Additionally, Microsoft 365 Archive provides a cost-effective cold data storage tier within SharePoint, allowing you to retain inactive or aging data that matches the value of its lifecycle stage.


4.  2023 Release Wave 2 Plans for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

Microsoft has recently announced the 2023 Wave Release 2 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This upcoming release is packed with exciting new capabilities scheduled to be launched between October 2023 and March 2024. With hundreds of fresh features, including AI capabilities and enhancements, this second release wave reaffirms Microsoft's commitment to driving digital transformation for their valued customers and partners.

 5. Introduction of Sales Copilot 

Microsoft has introduced a role-based copilot known as Sales Copilot. Sales Copilot comes equipped with
various capabilities, such as generating contextual emails using Dynamics 365 Sales data, offering summaries by
consolidating customer information from Outlook, Teams, and Dynamics 365 before sales meetings, and providing real-time tips during Teams meetings. 


These new Copilot capabilities will be in preview starting next month before being available in September this year.
