Overview

In this role, you will ensure WebSan’s internal CRM & case management systems are always up to date by collaborating with the Client Solutions team and reaching out to clients for updated authorized user lists

WHAT YOU DO

  • Assist with maintenance and enhancements to WebSan’s internal ticketing system and support processes

  • Create and renew ongoing client business application support agreements and projects within WebSan’s internal systems

  • Assist with support case assignment & system down triage

  • Onboarding and train new employees on how to utilize the ticketing system and general support processes

     

  • Review/Audit cases to ensure ticket resolution is meeting required service levels and timeline

  • Answer inbound emails on behalf of the support department, validating their support status and routing to the appropriate queue

  • Maintain a positive relationship with existing clients

  • Ensure ticket resolution meets required service levels and timelines

  • Follow up on support cases on behalf of the business application specialist where necessary

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Post-secondary education in business, accounting, IT or equivalent work experience

  • 2-10 years of experience working with or implementing ERP systems (preference towards Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central)

  • Understanding of accounting principles

  • Excellent verbal & written communication

  • Strong organizational & interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities

  • CRM experience an asset

  • Ability to work well under pressure & in a close team environment

  • Proven analytical & systematic problem solving skills

  • RBDMS/SQL understanding an asset
