This non-technical role provides both internal and external administration support to the Support Services unit and directly to WebSan’s clients. Reporting to the Manager of Support Services, this role is critical to ensuring client success on a day-to-day basis, where one can further supplement WebSan’s existing automated support processes by providing a personalized approach to every client’s support needs. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of business administration, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, "client first" demeanor, technical aptitude, and the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities at once.
Assist with maintenance and enhancements to WebSan’s internal ticketing system and support processes
Assist during project implementations, which may include configuring the system, loading data, conducting training, and other related tasks
Create and renew ongoing client business application support agreements and projects within WebSan’s internal systems
Design & implement fixes to user issues by using various tools
Ensure ticket resolution meets required service levels and timelines
Ensure WebSan’s internal CRM & case management systems are always up to date by collaborating with the Client Solutions team and reaching out to clients for updated authorized user lists
Maintain a positive relationship with existing clients
Ensure ticket resolution meets required service levels and timelines
Assist clients on the use of Dynamics 365 and proprietary WebSan Applications

Post-secondary education in business, accounting, IT or equivalent work experience
1+ years of ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV preferred)
Excellent verbal & written communication
Strong organizational & interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
Ability to work well under pressure & in a close team environment
Proven analytical & systematic problem solving skills
RBDMS/SQL understanding an asset
1-5 years industry experience
