How long do I have access to the system?
As soon as users are created in the system they will have six months to complete the training. After the six month period you will no longer have access to the training.
What if I have questions about the system?
If you are a WebSan University user, you are able to send a message through the Learning Management System to the System Administrator.

What happens after I fill out the form and submit payment?
Once you fill out the form, you will get access to the courses that you've purchased immediately. You will also receive a payment confirmation from PayPal.
What if I don't have a credit card?

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the training?
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our training within the first 7 days after signing up, we will offer you a full refund.
Within those 7 days, you will have complete access to our Learning Management System and our training courses, but you are only allowed to complete one full course. Our refund policy will not be valid otherwise.
