Overview

This role is responsible for working with clients to assist with enhancements, and integrations to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM System. 

WHAT YOU DO

  • Support existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and proprietary WebSan Applications

  • Collaborate with team members to design the best solution for the client’s needs

  • Execute various tasks to support the use of Dynamics 365 (CRM), which may include configuring the system, loading data, conducting training, and other related tasks

  • Maintain a positive relationship with existing clients

  • Ensure ticket resolution meets required service levels and timelines

  • Identify and recommend enhancements to meet client requirements

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Post-secondary education in business, accounting, IT or equivalent work experience

  • New grad - 2 years of experience working with or implementing MS Dynamics 365 CRM systems

  • ERP experience and RBDMS/SQL understanding is an asset

  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI and PowerApps) experience an asset

  • Ability to work well under pressure & in a close team environment

  • Proven analytical & systematic problem solving skills

  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI and PowerApps) experience an asset

  • A "client first" demeanor and superior interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
