This role is responsible for developing and enhancing various applications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with opportunities to expand into other areas of the Dynamics 365 suite of products. The BC Application Developer works closely with both the Implementation and Support Teams to develop solutions for client requirements that cannot be met by native functionality.
In addition, this role may develop and enhance various WebSan proprietary applications, including new app development and other projects as required.
Design, build and implement customizations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and proprietary WebSan applications in an effort to satisfy client requirements that cannot be met with native functionality
Work with emerging technologies to identify and develop new applications that can be used to enhance customers’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Support & enhance existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and proprietary WebSan Applications
Design and develop integrations between Business Central, proprietary WebSan applications, and 3rd party applications
Maintain a positive relationship with existing clients
Consult with team members to determine the most appropriate solutions for clients
Assist team members with scoping, designing, and estimating effort on potential custom development

2+ years of Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central development
0-1 years of related industry experience
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Engagement (CRM) experience is an asset
Proven analytical & systematic problem solving skills
Familiar with development principles and practices & understanding of general business practices and flows
Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Flow, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) an asset
Excellent verbal & written communication, organizational & interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced, team environment
